Really disappointed! I certainly will not be using this service again and wouldn’t recommend. Total lack of communication and sales team giving wrong and misleading information. I was told my order would take between 7-10 days. Day 9 I then received an email some items are out of stock! My new employees are 4 days behind on a job now as they’ve still no uniform! It’s now day 15 I’ve just spoken to Shelby on live chat and been advised dispatch for tomorrow. I’ve just called customer support whos just advised the order hasn’t been embroidered yet or released and in fact won’t be until the end of the week / start of next week! Absolutely ridiculous!
My order is delayed so I sent an email to see where it has got too as my delivery email said the 8th off September when I should off received by 8th off march. Fast service, friendly service now my order should be with my mid April. So we see.

Beyond useless, dodgy quoting, no communication once they have your money, don't deliver when they say they will, lie about costs and not sure who hired "Owen" but seems to be the flagship example of dodgy business dealings, expensive and you get shockingly poor service for your high outlay, still don't have the items ordered and no useful communication. STEER WELL CLEAR!!

Great products and further more workwear it is a company work with precision as when my first order was placed I was given the chance to look at the artwork and approved it prior any printing took place. Goods received in the post and it was all ok.NOTE: i'm a one man company but it seems like no work too small at workwear company as you will get treated well. S W GAS SERVICES

Don’t be fooled by the name, this company are ideal for band T-shirt’s and merch. Extremely good quality and some magnificent offers!!
Ordered work shoes and unfortunately when they arrived wrong size shoes in the box, got in touch with the company and everyone I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable and the matter was soon resolved.

Recently bought 18 Regatta softshell jackets with my company's logo assuming they were 'Softshells' and I was shocked upon receiving them. They had the Regatta logo but they were anything but Regatta - extremely thin and not a softshell.I called up Workwear express to see if they could help me, but to no avail. Meanwhile I am stuck with them.
The most horrible experience ever! First they changed my logo so I had to request a new artwork to be created, then my order was delayed by a month (!!!) and I only ordered one item, and when it finally arrived, instead of a men's shirt in blue I received a female nurse overall in purple. Can this company do anything right??
Even though there was a problem workwear express were great.
